How We Protect Your Data

• Private storage: Contracts and credential documents are stored in private, encrypted storage buckets. Dolorvia staff cannot access your documents.
• Access codes: Credential packets are shared only via time-limited, revocable access codes that you control.
• Authentication: JWT-based authentication with encrypted password storage.
• Deletion: You can permanently delete any document, credential, or contract at any time.

Dolorvia AI and Your Data

Dolorvia AI reads your credentials, compliance data, and contracts in real-time to answer your questions and provide analysis. Important details:

• No training: Your data is never used to train AI models. Dolorvia AI reads your data in real-time but does not store it in training datasets.
• Scoped access: Dolorvia AI only accesses data relevant to your current query or analysis.
• Contract analysis: When you upload a contract, Dolorvia AI analyzes it for risk categories specific to Anesthesia employment. The analysis is stored in your account and is not shared.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With your consent: When you generate an access code to share a credential packet with a facility or recruiter.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for infrastructure (cloud hosting, email delivery) that may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can view all data stored in your Dolorvia account at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete individual documents, credentials, contracts, or your entire account.

• Visibility: You control your profile visibility (private, discoverable, or open) and which fields are visible.
• Notifications: You can manage notification preferences per event type and channel.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Dolorvia is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
